Find the Wixie look that is just-right for your students!

Wixie has two different themes to help your students use the Wixie that is best suited to their skill level.

You can choose a look for all of your students, or specify a look for individual students.

Sharing Options

Under the File menu there are options for sharing projects online, downloading projects, and printing projects.

There is a Print button on the toolbar.

For students, there is a Share button on the toolbar that gives a choice of sharing online (web) and downloading projects.

For teachers, there is a File button on the toolbar that gives a choice of sharing online (web) and downloading projects.

Text

Options for font, color and size.

Options for style and alignment.

Text shadows have options for angle, distance, and blur.

Text bubbles have options for different bubble styles, background and stroke colors.

Hyperlinks can be added to text.

Color Palettes

Users have a basic color palette, an HSL palette, and can define a color using a HEX value.

There is an eyedropper tool to select colors from the page.

Users have a simplified palette of 21 colors.

Additional Features

Paint with symmetry

Multiple paint brush styles

Multiple fill looks (solid, gradients, patterns).

Hyperlinks on images and clip art.

Paint filled shapes.

Paint shapes with a dashed stroke.

Rotate shapes as you paint.

Two eraser options.

Align, arrange, and group multiple selections.

Students can view the assessment for a project.

Students can mark a project as complete.

Export a project as a Wixie file.

A duplicate button for images and clip art in the options panel.

Buttons to make images and stickers larger or smaller in the options panel.
