Use these examples of projects created by students and tweets from classroom teachers to inspire Mother's Day projects in your classroom.
These print and multimedia messages were created by students using Wixie.
This real world of math project connects shapes to a Mother's Day project where Kindergarten students name shapes, their relative position, and draw shape flowers
Use the tools to design an original 4-page Mother’s Day card and print as a booklet! Need inspiration? Start with a template.
There aren't many things parent's love more than hearing their child say "I love you." Use Wixie to combine their artwork with voice recording for a digital card families will treasure.
Students can write acrostic poems, haiku, and limericks or you can Read I Love You, A Rebus Poem by Jean Marzollo and have students come up with rhymes for their own I Love You message.
Our poets are learning about different types of poems. We used what we learned about Acrostic Poems to write one to celebrate our moms this weekend! Using #Wixie the students were able to decorate and design their poems. Our moms will love these!???? @gbparkaacps @AACountySchools pic.twitter.com/HqOgWl2Exn

I introduced #Wixie to Mrs. Ingber & Mrs. Caswell's #kindergarten class. We explored the drawing tools on a blank canvas before they make a Mother's Day adjective project. Students were very excited to use this new tool! @IngberCaswell #parkavepride pic.twitter.com/a8hovyXruR
