Use these examples of projects created by students and tweets from classroom teachers to inspire your activities in your classroom for the month of December.
Creative use of technology can engage students, and help you integrate technology into daily classroom instruction.
If students are new to Wixie, get them started quickly with a scratch art activity with a background for winter, Hanukkah, Christmas, or Kwanzaa.
Have students design snow globes to highlight a favorite memory, showcase holiday celebrations at home, or create a wintry scene. Search "globe" for a template.
Have students create a Wixie project to share their experience and their family's holiday traditions.
Get students to create and share digital greetings or eCards with family and friends, whether a holiday greet or thank you note of gratitude.
Students love making things, and Wixie makes it easy to create a range of items. Put student creativity to use by having them create unique holiday gifts that show appreciation for family, friends, or community members.
